Ky-Mani
Ky-Mani Marley has been an extremely popular Reggae Singer for many years. Born in Falmouth Jamaica, he was among the richest and most popular. In the classic cult movie Shottas in which he was a co-star with Wyclef. Ky-Mani was signed to Shang Records for his 1996 debut album Like Father Like Son album and singles like Judge Not (with Patra), Dear Dad", (which was the number one British reggae album chart),"Who the Cap (remix), Sensimelia and many more contributed to the increasing recognition for his new generation reggae music. Ky-Mani, along with Praswell along with Praswell and Fugees (as as part of Avenue) is a huge rendition of a cover by Eddy Grant called Electric Avenue came out in 1997. Marley is the very first artist to appear on stage at Midem in Miami which was an international festival of music. Marley gave a concert at the Cameo Theatre which was live broadcast to other 36 countries. Marley ended up in a bidding battle. He joined Gee Street/V2 Record in 1997.
